O anúncio foi feito nesta sexta-feira pela equipe inglesa, que se diz orgulhosa da aquisição. Aos 31 anos, o jogador brasileiro teve passagens pelo Botafogo-SP, Corinthians, Santos, Cruzeiro e Juventude, além da equipe italiana. Era o goleiro reserva de Júlio César na Seleção Brasileira durante a última Copa do Mundo, sob o comando de Dunga. No Liverpool, vai disputar posição com o espanhol Pepe Reina.

Jerfesson, goleiro do Botafogo, foi um sacada que parece não render muito ao atleta, culpa do quem, da seleção? Acho que não, cada um tem que saber tirar proveito da oportunidade dada.
