Esse time era muito bom, mas não chegava a ser excepcional. Venceu pouco pra época, e no conjunto geral, era inferior tecnicamente ao Barça de Ronaldinho Gaúcho e Etoo e mais ainda ao time de Messi, Xavi e Iniesta.
